Korea Random Chess is °í·Á(Korea)·£´ý(Random)Àå±â(Chess)
1. I don't know Revised Romanization for the Korean characters. 2. °í·ÁÀå±â (ÍÔÕòíâѤ, Korea Chess) is an another name of Janggi, meaning 'the Chess variant played by Korean'. So I think ·£´ý °í·ÁÀå±â(Random Korea Chess)is better.
Thanks for remark. Lion is borrowed from Chu Shogi. But only the power of Igui (stationary feeding) is retained. So the Stone standing on the same file or rank with only Lion could not move to any empty square.
Captured Queen will be changed into Pawn. I am not satisfied in this Chess variant. One day I will chanege the rules.

http://www.chessvariants.org/index/msdisplay.php?itemid=MZlocusts I invented a Chess variant for this piece.
Sorry. Please delete this page. The page is duplication of Locusts.

Thanks for a real original and imaginative piece :Trampoline.
Another good crossover variant. A playable variant is better than millions of ABC large variants.
I'd like to add my thumbs up to Pick-the-team chess that can be extremely intense with two aggressive players.
Pao or Grasshopper placed on a square of row 2 or 9 in opposition of enemy King is vevy dangerous.
I love CWDA, Rococo, Castle Danger and Tenjiku shogi.
Horse is like to XQ horse it can't move as moa. Korean Pao,from Korean Chess, moves by jumping another piece horizontally or vertically. The jump can be performed over any distance provided that there is exactly one piece anywhere between the original position and the target. In order to capture a piece, there must be exactly one piece (friendly or otherwise) between the Korean Pao and the piece to be captured.
Locust only move when capturing. Leo move without any limit.
The number of Locusts and Leos is not limited.
Yes, promoted-Kinghts could move like Knight or Gold General. This Shogi variant was ever played in 1950.

Yes, Knight's type depends on it's owner.
http://tamago915.cocolog-nifty.com/blog/2006/11/post_048f.html In 1707, a Shogi book recorded one shogi variant: modern shogi with Drunk Elephant. http://tamago915.cocolog-nifty.com/.shared/image.html?/photos/uncategorized/3_1.png The piece in 9vii is promted Drunk Elephant:Crown Prince. http://tamago915.cocolog-nifty.com/.shared/image.html?/photos/uncategorized/4.png Crown Prince in 1i was checkmated. http://park6.wakwak.com/~k-oohasi/shougi/koumoku/koumoku01.html More information.
