Chess with Quantum Bishops

Setup

Same as normal chess.

Pieces

All pieces are the same as normal chess except for the bishop. The bishop can move to the same spaces as in normal FIDE chess, except that it doesn't matter what is in between the bishop and the destination square in the diagonal line. Instead, it takes both orthogonal paths simultaneously to the destination square. For example, a bishop moving from a1 to c3 must pass through a2,a3,b3,b1,c1,c2,c3. None of the squares it passes thorugh can contain any of your own pieces, and the squares it passes through (including the destination square) may include only up to 1 opponent's piece, in which case that piece is captured.

The uppercase bishop can move to any of the asterisks without capturing anything, it can capture the lowercase queen, and it can move to the number 1. If it moves to number 1 it will capture the lowercase knight. It can't move to number 2 because there are two pieces in the way, the lowercase rook and the lowercase pawn. It can't move to 3 because the uppercase knight blocks it. The uppercase rook does not block the bishop from moving.
