This Interactive Diagram gives a slightly imperfect implementation of this game: the rule that you cannot block check with a double-push when the Pawn could be e.p. captured is ignored. As it seems extremely rare that a situation where this would be possible at all would occur in a real game. (And that even when it did, it would very likely be a very poor move, as the e.p. capture would immediately revive the check, so you would have wasted a Pawn for nothing.) So I did not consider this a fatal flaw.
