Fourcell's seems to suggest points remaing as the first
''tie-elimnator.'' Then if still tied, whoever's King controls the
center first could be second tie-eliminator. Some challenges have no
Drsws, but not Chess. Other sports have lower Draw percentages than Chess.
It's not as if it's not a problem away from the gm realm. Joe Joyce's
1/2 point loss for a Draw might work better if players are somehow unaware
of the over-all standings in a tournament and so each game is
life-or-death.
